A cooking class for Québec's Fête Nationale!Délégation du Québec à Chicago Monday, June 14, 2021
Join our Québec Delegate in Chicago, Mme. Martine Hebert, for a cooking demonstration to celebrate Québec’s National Holiday! Her demonstration will kick off a week-long series of Québec-inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, hosted by Chef Dominic Sylvain and other Québec delegates from offices all over the US and Mexico.
Mme Hebert will host this live culinary event while Chef Sylvain prepares a Québec cheddar grilled cheese with maple-bacon jam. Join us for lunch on June 14th, 2021, at 12:00pm CST.
Once registered, you will receive a list of ingredients and the recipe by email. After your lunch with us in Chicago, you could spend your week traveling North America by attending the cooking demonstrations of our colleagues in LA, Atlanta, NYC, Boston and Mexico.
