The Ministère will send them directly to you.

Québec InfoTouriste centres , especially those in Montreal and Quebec City, are tourist information hubs that can really help you discover Québec.
They offer a number of services: guided visits, car rentals, exchange bureaus, tax refunds, and much more. They also sell road maps.
