What did Henry Purcell dream about? Did he sleep well at night? Did he even have time to sleep at night, he who composed hundreds of works? We'll never know. No letters about it have been preserved. But his music was. And it awakens the most magical fantasies. Purcell makes us forget time and space.

In Henry Purcell's Dream Box is a multidisciplinary creation that mixes music, theatre, video, visual arts and puppetry, inviting young audiences to a sensitive foray into the world of Henry Purcell's baroque genius. Produced by Zonzo Compagnie, known among other things for its singular portraits of composers, this new show brings together Flemish creators, in directing, music and video, and Quebec creators, Mélanie Dumont, in dramaturgy and Marcelle Hudon, in visual concept.
