The Québec Ministry of International Relations, Francophonie and External Trade is launching the 35th edition of the Academic Fellowship in didactic of French, and Québec culture and society.
This intensive four-credit program is funded by the Ministry and offered in the language schools of the University of Laval in Québec City and the University of Montréal. This program is designed for teachers of French as a second language from North Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean, the United States and Europe.
The program includes a didactic, educational, linguistic and cultural component and will enable candidates to expand their academic and applied knowledge of the latest teaching methods and theories, while familiarizing themselves with Québec culture and society.
The 2014 edition will host 2 groups: first, at the University of Laval and the University of Montréal from July 7 through 25, and the second at the University of Montréal from August 4 through 22.
The closing date for applications is Monday March 17, 2014. A letter of confirmation from the Ministry will be sent no later than April 14th, 2014, only to selected candidates.
