Jeannette Bougrab, the French Secretary of State for Youth and Associations, was in Québec City from December 7 to 19, 2011. During her visit, Minister Bougrab and Monique Gagnon-Tremblay, the Québec Minister of International Relations and Minister responsible for La Francophonie, co-chaired the 57th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Office franco-québécois pour la Jeunesse (OFQJ). The meeting was all the more important given that it was the occasion to seal a new agreement between the Québec and French governments with respect to OFQJ aimed at strengthening the governance of the organization.
