Approximately 1,000 representatives of civil society organizations from around the world will be attending the World Assembly of CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation, which will be held from August 20-23 in Montreal. The Government of Québec will be associated with this event, which is organized in partnership with the New World Institute (INM).
