The first portion of the mission by Minister Lisée to Africa led to the signing of solid, promising trade and institutional partnership agreements during the stopover by the Québec delegation in Senegal. The delegation is composed of over one hundred people from the business, institutional and international cooperation communities as well as from civil society.

“The signing of these 16 agreements—and we expect others will be signed in the coming months—shows that Africa is wide open for business now,” said the Minister.
Assistance for exporting companies
