Québec Delegate General in Paris and personal representative of the Premier for the Francophonie, Michel Robitaille, was in Kinshasa from March 20 to 24 to prepare for the 14th Francophonie Summit, which will be held in the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) from October 12 to 14, 2012.

The preparatory mission was an occasion for the Delegate General to visit the main summit venues, including Stade des Martyrs, Palais du Peuple, Théâtre de Verdure and Cité de l’Union africaine.
