On January 31 in Montréal, Monique Gagnon-Tremblay, Minister of International Relations and Minister responsible for La Francophonie, met with 56 diplomats stationed in Québec, including representatives of Belgium, France, Honduras, Portugal, Tunisia, Lebanon, Greece, Russia, Wallonia-Brussels, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen and Lithuania.

The Minister took the opportunity to provide the consuls, heads of post, members of the consular corps and representatives of international governmental organizations with a brief description of Québec’s international impact in 2011 and an overview of Québec’s key efforts planned for 2012.
