Held on the occasion of the 104th edition of the National Retail Federation Big Show, the world’s largest retail trade show, the mission brought over 30 retailers and eight innovative retail tech companies from Quebec to the Big Apple.
In addition to attending the Big Show, the participants visited several NYC’s flagship stores, held one-on-one meetings with potential clients, attended a lunch discussion on the U.S. retail industry, and took part in a very successful networking event hosted by Delegate General Jean Claude Lauzon that drew over 125 retailers and tech companies from both Quebec and the U.S. including well-known brand such as Victoria Secret and Macy’s.
The mission was designed to give an opportunity to Quebec’s retail tech companies to measure their potential and to explore business opportunities in the U.S. retail industry.
