Manon Boucher Named Interim Delegate General in New York

Manon Boucher, director of economic affairs, will act as interim Delegate General of Québec in New York, with effect from January 7, 2012.

Prior to her appointment in New York last July, Ms. Boucher was director of economic affairs at the Québec Government Office in London (2007-2011. Previously, she served as communications director for the Quebec Ministry of Economic Development (2006-2007) where she also worked as an investment promotion coordinator 2004-2006.

From 2001 to 2004, she was in charge of the promotion of the immigration bureau at the Délégation générale du Québec in Paris. A graduate of Laval University, Ms. Boucher also worked for several other ministries of the Québec government.
