We are pleased to present this new edition of our Québec Culture brochure, featuring a host of exciting Québec shows and event programmed in the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries.
Our new brochure is out! As you will see, despite the international situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be plenty of occasions to enjoy the richness, dynamism and diversity of Québec culture in the coming months, especially online.
Our Agent-General, Pierre Gabriel Côté says: “In culture, Québec artists continue to find ways of being present in digital spaces, giving performances and making connections with the world through new and existing platforms. These coming months will see Québec artists from the fields of dance, music, comedy, circus, theatre, TV and film grace the stages of cultural spaces, both physical and virtual, giving us all something to look forward to.“
Did you know that you can now watch French-language videos anywhere, anytime, for free? With the TV5MONDEplus application, enjoy free Québec movies & series, with subtitles! Download the app!
The cultural team remain, more than ever, at your disposition to support you in your projects and goals of collaboration with Québec artists and organisations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Our Agent-General, Pierre Gabriel Côté added: “Our Culture team is planning the reprise, getting in touch with partners, planning new projects and identifying new ways to offer opportunities to artists, despite the limitations of the pandemic. We will soon be launching the next edition of the Québec – British Council Connections Fund, as well as the second edition of the Québec – Wales collaboration fund, which for the first time will include culture.”
We sincerely hope you will get a chance to catch some of these extraordinary shows and exhibits.
