The 2013 Canadian Studies Roundtable will be held on Friday, March 22, from 9am-3pm at the Fetzer Center on Western Michigan University’s campus in Kalamazoo.
A Workshop on US-Quebec relations will be offered by Quebec Delegate in Chicago Mr. Eric Marquis and a workshop on US-Canada relations will be offered by Canadian Counsul in Detroit, Mr. Norton Roy. The keynote presentation will feature Dr. Michael Nasseney, the leading archeologist at the New France site Fort Saint-Joseph, in Niles, MI. A complete agenda will soon be available on the Canadian Studies department website.
Registration is $25, which includes parking and lunch. Although registrations will be completed at the door, RSVPs are required ASAP for planning purposes. Please confirm your participation to Vincent Desroches at email@example.com.
Participants are also invited to attend a special screening of Mesnak presented by the filmmaker Yves Sioui Durand at 4pm at the Little Theater.
