Following the signing of bilateral agreements between aerospace industries in Québec and Ohio last fall, 2013 is shaping up to be an exciting second year for the Canada-Ohio Aerospace Summit. The summit, which takes place in Cleveland on February 25 and 26, is organized by the Ohio Aerospace Institute in collaboration with many partners including the Québec Government, the Canadian Consulate in Detroit, Aéro Montréal and Québec’s Consortium for Aerospace Research & Innovation.
Participants also include some of North America’s top aerospace professionals, representing companies such as GE Aviation, CAE and Meggitt, as well as researchers from Ohio and Canada, including participants from five of Québec’s top universities. Topping off the conference will be a keynote address from renowned astronaut and Québec’s scientific delegate to the U.S., Julie Payette.
