Collaboration with Medical Alley
Québec Government Office in Chicago Monday, September 27, 2021 to Thursday, September 30, 2021The last week of September was an important one for our Québec companies in the life sciences industry, and we are proud to have fostered further engagement and collaboration between Midwestern and Québécois companies that specialize in this sector.
The first few days of the event were dedicated to intensive sessions for our Medtech acceleration program with the Medical Alley Association. Our cohort had opportunities to meet with Medical Alley’s network and connect with successful entrepreneurs to better prepare for entering US markets. This program culminated with the start of the MedTech Conference, in which we were honored to be a main sponsor. Additionally, the Inaugural Medtech Innovators Networking Reception was a great event to meet with major hospitals, Medtech companies, and investors throughout the US. We also had the pleasure of hosting a breakfast reception to celebrate the hard work of our cohort, where the Consul General of Canada in Minneapolis, Ariel Delouya, reinforced his support to our Québec Delegation.
Among the companies who joined us in Minneapolis were Medscint, NeuroServo, MY01, ODS Medical Inc, Dymedso, NexPlasmaGen, and Medtech Canada. By designing innovative solutions that provide better care and treatment to patients, these inspiring companies further demonstrated how Québec is a global leader in medical innovation.
With strong partnerships with Advamed, the Medical Alley Association, and Medtech Innovators, the Québec Government Office in Chicago is proud to offer our resources to cultivate further collaboration between our Québec cohort and organizations in the Midwest. We are committed to connecting medical institutions with key innovative solutions in healthcare, and we look forward to the future successes of these companies in US markets!
