For the fourth consecutive time, HEC Montréal’s intensive MBA program has ranked among the top 10 non-US institutions in the biennial listing produced by Forbes, the highly regarded New York-based business publication. Taking 10th place, HEC was the only Canadian institution in the non-US listing; the others were from Europe.
The ranking is based on graduates’ return on investment, calculated five years after they received their MBA. It also takes into account before-and-after salaries, tuition fees and potential earnings foregone while studying.
The news will undoubtedly enhance the international standing of HEC, which has already received three of the most prestigious quality accreditations (AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA). Currently, 45% of the students in HEC’s MBA program are from outside Canada.
McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management ranked 11th for non-US two-year business schools.
