Québec celebrates 10 years of presence in Berlin

This year, the Québec Government Office in Berlin is celebrating its 10th anniversary. In fact, it was a Cultural Agency that the Québec government first opened in the German capital in 1999. This Agency later became an Office reporting to the Québec Government Office in Munich. Since then, Québec’s representation in Berlin has continued to promote Québec in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The Office has succeeded in developing invaluable cultural, institutional, academic and economic ties that have helped promote and protect Québec’s interests, especially with the German federal government and in some of the new German states such as Saxony and Brandenburg.

In celebration of its first decade of activity, the Québec Government Office in Berlin is proud to present a brochure that discusses its staff’s wide range of achievements since opening.
